Why are shepherd's atypical leaves growing

My long-suffering shefler. She had to go through a lot, as a result, shearing up to 15 cm with leaf deprivation. New ones crawled, but many of them were not typical. Why is that? Do I need to clean them? It stands on the east balcony, not in direct light, moderate watering, regular feeding

No need to clean, everything will get better. If you give a bigger pot - there will be a tree, like ours. They bought a small one, then, as they grew, they transplanted into larger dishes. Now a tree. She also dumped leaves. You can cut it. Now it looks decent again. (over 20 years in total)
